Basic Structure of DNA, biochemistry

Biochemistry:- Biochemistry is the study of the structure and function of biological kolecumol such as proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates and lipifl. It is also used to describe techniques suited to understanding the interactions and functions of biological molecules, including traditional techniques such as Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation and chromatography methods.

The structure of DNA:- In the early 1950s, the identity of genetic materials were still a matter of debate. After the discovery of the helical structure of double stranded DNA settled the matter. And it changed the biology forever.

DNA structure:- DNA is made up of molecules called nucleotides. Each nucleotides contains a phosphate group, a sugar and a nitrogen base. The four types of nitrogen bases are Adenine (A), Thymine (T), Guanine (G), and Cytosine (C). The order of these bases is what determines Dana's instructions or genetic code.
